day 10. A full day.

the making of turtle cheesecake. Glad hubby's home to clean up after me!

 I forgot what the pitter patter of little feet was like. I have the big footed kind all the time. The big footed kind hang out in their rooms, alone, only asking to be fed. The little pitter patters need attention, and even when they aren't wanting or needing attention, you have to watch them... because they like to get into things... Pull animals fur... Or whatever else those little minds can come up with to do.

and Lego dodging. When you have a 4 year old. You have to keep an eye out for Lego's

 

 So my friend brought her little boy over to hang out a while while her husband worked today. I had him to look after. He was very good, but its different having a little one again... and always different when its not your OWN little one. I mean I don't want my best friends kid to get hurt and her hate me forever!

 I also had a cake to bake. My baby turns 16 on Monday!! We'll have a pretty busy day Monday getting her on my insurance, her license validated (heaven help me) and hopefully some job hunting... Plus she wanted a friend to go with. So were doing most of the celebrating today. We had dinner out at her favorite Mexican place... and I am making her a turtle cheesecake. MMMM.

 So other than that it was a normal Saturday. I think my last "free" Saturday for the next couple of weeks. The boss leaves on VACAY this upcoming Friday, and I will get those extra hours I asked for then!
